Hello, my beautiful souls!
My name is Yulia, and I was born and raised in Russia.

Sport and physical activity always being a big part of my life. I was in dance school from a very young age after my interests shifted to weight training in the gym. At that time, running was my therapy until the moment I shifted to Dubai.

Beautiful Dubai with very fast life, unhealthy work-life balance, lots of shallow connections… I noticed that my stress started to rise, and I began to gain weight even when I was going to the gym and doing fasted cardio. I felt even worse. Mood swings, no energy, no desire for anything.

After consulting with the health provider, I realized that my routine had to be changed. The advice was to slow down and to bring more mindfulness into my life. That’s how I started to go to yoga studios to become more self-aware and find peace at an inner and outer level.
Yoga made a significant change in my life and became my passion. Sooner I felt inspired to help others to live a better life.
The year 2019 has been very challenging for me, as I decided to divorce my husband and shift a career in economics to wellness.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Health Coach alongside I completed 200 hour Vinyasa&Yin Yoga teacher training in Bali. Since then, I have been working in yoga studios and with private clients, helping them become more flexible and shift into a more relaxed state.

My intention is to bring the benefits of yoga to people of all genders and ages. Yoga is good for everyone. My personal approach combines dynamic flow, breathing techniques, meditation, and a deep stretch - which will help you to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Prepare to leave each session refreshed, radiant and glowing from the inside out.
With a regular practice (aim for 3-4 classes a week):
you will improve strength, balance, and flexibility;
yoga is very powerful practice of mindfulness, a chance to connect to yourself and become more self-aware.
